Cyber Resilience Act in a nutshell

Following the New Legislative Framework (NLF), the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) will introduce cybersecurity requirements for “products with digital elements” to be put on the EU internal market. Next to requirements for properties of the product and vulnerabilities and handling, there are also transparency and user information specifications, as the CRA is intended to enhance consumer trust and confidence in the products.
